In the 38 short years since its founding, the HBO (Human Being Organisation) is working for the poor backward people of the Brahmaputra Valley, district of Barpeta; in the terms of Education along with the socio-economic development. HBO has played a major role in the transformation of education between too many unproductive, unsupervised kids from the day of establishment.
